The shipment of your product is our highest priority and everyday we dispatch hundreds
of products to satisfied customers across the world. However, because the majority of
our warehouses are internationally-based, our shipping and handling times can vary and
we are therefore unable to offer next day delivery. 

Processing time: As soon as we receive your payment, we immediately dispatch your
order to our suppliers for order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging which
can take from 1-4 days. 

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our
warehouse to the destination, which on average takes from 5-15 days, although actual shipping times may vary and many deliveries can arrive sooner.

We work with a number of trusted carriers to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible. As a guide, the shipping times for just two of our preferred carriers (depending on delivery location) are:

  • ePacket: 7–15 business days

  • USPS: 1–5 business days

Note: Delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs processing, weather conditions, or flight delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding. Rest assured—your package is on its way!

Tracking: As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email
containing a tracking number allowing you to easily locate your product directly from our
website at any time. Please note that while the majority of our shipping companies provide a tracking service, we cannot guarantee it in all cases.

Is shipping included in the prices?
Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders—no extra charges at checkout.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
Yes, but only if the order hasn’t shipped yet. If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us immediately at info@bestpetvillage.com. Once your order is dispatched, we’re unable to make changes.

Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order before it ships. If you need to cancel, please reach out to our Customer Service team as soon as possible at info@bestpetvillage.com. Please note, once your order is on its way, we cannot cancel it.
